By downloading or using Pocket Barman (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Premium") that unlock additional features such as unlimited custom recipes. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Pricing, and whether a purchase is one-time or a renewing subscription, is shown in the App at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Custom recipes, notes and other content you create remain yours. Because this content is stored on your device, you are responsible for backing it up.
The App provides cocktail recipes and information for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly and follow the laws of your jurisdiction. Recipe and ingredient information is provided for general reference and may contain inaccuracies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
