Acceptance

By installing or using Aurora — Safari Dark Themes (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

License

Aurora grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on iOS and iPadOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these Terms.

Purchases and refunds

Aurora Pro is a one-time purchase: $5.99 lifetime (price may vary by region as determined by Apple). There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Apple handles all billing, payment processing, and refunds via the App Store. Refund requests should be made through your Apple ID purchase history.

Free trial

Aurora includes a 3-day free trial that begins on first launch. No credit card is required for the trial. After 3 days, dark mode features are locked unless you purchase Pro. You can purchase at any time during or after the trial.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any of its components.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer

Aurora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dark mode rendering is performed by injecting CSS into web pages and may not produce perfect results on every site. Some sites may render imperfectly due to their CSS architecture; this is the nature of web extensions and is not a defect in Aurora.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora's total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App (currently $5.99 or local equivalent).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where the developer is based. Any dispute should be raised first through the App Store's standard issue-reporting channel before pursuing other remedies.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the "Last updated" date above will reflect it. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
